1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Destami, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Destami provides monitoring, analytics, and reporting tools for operators of Storj nodes. The service includes data visualization, real-time notifications, and earning projections based on node telemetry.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").

• Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.
• At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Destami cancels it.
• A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription.

5. Node Access and Data

By connecting your Storj nodes to Destami, you grant us permission to collect and analyze telemetry data from those nodes.

We do not have access to, nor do we store, any of the data being hosted on your Storj nodes by network customers. Our access is strictly limited to node performance and health metrics.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Destami, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

7. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Destami is not officially affiliated with Storj Labs Inc.
